John Fichter continues to hold onto the money he stole from taxpayers when he initially claimed fraudulent "unvouchered expenses" as part of the unconstitutional legislature pay raise grab. The "unvouchered expenses" he claimed represented no expenses whatsoever, and therefore the claim is FRAUDULENT. The "unvouchered expenses" represented a grab at the pay raise in advance of what would have been their legal institution in the next term, and were therefore in VIOLATION of the Constitution. All legislators, including Fichter, knew that they were in violation of the Constitution- hence the fraudulent "unvouchered expenses" ruse. Violating the Constitution is a high crime for legislators, as it is the primary law they are sworn to uphold in all of their actions as legislators. John Fichter swore on the Bible that he would uphold the Constitution. Therefore he LIED, before God and man, thereby committing an IMMORAL act.
Do we really want an immoral, lying man who knowingly violates the Constitution, commits fraud, and steals from the taxpayers for his personal gain, as our Representative?
Not to mention that he has taken no initiative for the past decade to productively address property tax, improvement of our schools, reduce suburban sprawl, revitalize our downtowns.... all he does is sit on the sidelines and vote the way his party leaders in Harrisburg and Philadelphia tell him to, collecting contributions from developers and the industries he is supposed to regulate on his Consumer Affairs Committee ....
